David Yerushalmi is the author of the bill template: American Laws for American Courts designed to protect our constitutional rights, principles, and freedoms of speech, religion, due process, equal protection, and the free exercise of religion. Sharia or Islamic law forbids these rights. CAIR, a Muslim Brotherhood front group is using our laws to fight us (law fare) and target those who lead the charge. No surprise here. Hamas-linked CAIR has undertaken an intense and ongoing effort to destroy anyone and everyone who dares to stand for freedom and human rights against the jihad and Islamic supremacism — and David Yerushalmi is the nation’s premier legal mind working to protect Constitutional freedoms against Sharia encroachment. “‘Muslim Mafia’ Targets AFLC Co-Founder David Yerushalmi,” from the American Freedom Law Center, March 8:
There is an old saying, “When you are taking flak, you are over the target.” Here is a WND article, Muslim Mafia Targets Opposing Lawyer in Suit, that you must read. CAIR continues to strike at American Freedom Law Center Co-Founder and Senior Counsel David Yerushalmi because they fear him—they know he is effectively revealing the true nature of CAIR—a Muslim Brotherhood front group that was an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in U.S. history. The fact that CAIR opposes the American Laws for American Courts (ALAC) legislation drafted by Yerushalmi is quite telling. All that law does is prohibit the application of foreign law, including, but not limited to sharia (Islamic law), when it would violate fundamental constitutional rights such as due process and equal protection. A federal law already prohibits the application of such foreign laws in our courts when it violates the First Amendment. Apparently, and not surprisingly, CAIR and its sharia-adherent comrades oppose due process, equal protection, the freedom of speech, and the free exercise of religion because sharia forbids such rights. We will keep you informed of the progress of this important case and many others involving CAIR.
