Offensive . An unbeliever with respect to a particular religion, especially Christianity or Islam. One who has no religious beliefs.

Those trying to expose the public to the ideology and purpose of Islam use the term to describe multicultural people who are Muslim appeasers. (Like Chamberlin w/Hitler) old Winston Churchill quote: “An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last.”  The dhimmi  pay Muslims, “jizya”.

A person who is under Islam’s “ protection”.

In the context of Islam, the word refers to the first system of governance established in Islam, and represents the political authority and unity of the Muslim Ummah.
