The truth DOES matter!
In my opinion, President Obama committed perjury when he took the oath of office and promised to uphold the US Constitution. He has surrounded himself with others who are ideologically so far to the Left they lost center. His promise of “change” has slowly but surely been transforming our country. The lines between the branches of government are quickly fading and his list of Executive Orders make him look more like a dictator than President of the United States of America. I’m sure that some of you are in wide-eyed disbelief as you read this. To that end I think that you should read the lists of “presidential decrees” and decisions President Obama has made into law, WITHOUT ANY body of government oversight.
Mr. Obama has his Attorney General looking at cases as “World Law?” It is crystal clear in The Constitution of The United States, that Federal Law statutes be adhered to according to the Constitution, NOT by world or natural law. Once we begin going down that slippery slope of allowing foreign law to influence our decisions and actions towards our citizens, it will be only natural to consider Shar’ia Law will be next….it only make sense with his thinking.
So now we are at a crossroads of this Republic. A Republic that was made possible by the blood of Patriots, after announcing our Declaration of Independence and the spilled blood since two world wars and a war between the States.
Do we now stand quietly holding up signs at busy intersections, or do we mount a grass roots movement to rid ourselves of a central government that has ignored States Rights. A “Big Brother” government that can track anyone that they wish at any time? I say HELL NO! I am a great fan of Thomas Jefferson’s quotes, but the quote that I’ll use to close this article comes from Patrick Henry:
Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains of slavery? FORBID IT, ALMIGHTY GOD? I know not what course others may take, but as for me, GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH! When I say these words, I mean it with every fiber of my being.
After reading my article above, I felt an overwhelming urge to add this to the article:
My father enlisted at 20 years old to SERVE HIS COUNTRY in WWII.. He was leaving behind his bride who happened to be quite pregnant with twins. This PATRIOT parachuted behind enemy lines in Europe. He was shot during the campaign. Upon his release, he INSISTED to go back to his unit. He got his wish. He was back running beside General Patton’s tanks. He was shot a second time and this was a more serious wound. While he was healing, papers were prepared for his discharge. Again he defied death and went back to the front and he was with all of the Americans and allies in Berlin when Germany finally surrendered.
True patriots have paid in blood and death to preserve our Constitution, from throughout our entire planet. I know my father would think that, all he had endured was for nothing, if we would become a “world order” rather than the documents “TRUE AMERICAN” hold so dear.
I added this to help people who read Act For AMERICA Omaha. There WILL come a day that we’ll each have to decide to fight against Shar’ia Law to save OUR U.S. Constitution. Decisions such as these need to be made now rather than when it affects you personally.
